Known case of interstitial lung disease: annual follow up

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Areas of honeycombing seen in both lower lobes creeping to upper lobes with an apicobasal gradient. Intervening areas of normal lung. Mild reduction in bilateral lung volumes.
