Presentation

Menometrorrhagia.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Enlarged uterus of globular shape with thickening of the endometrium-myometrium junctional zone ranging from 14 to 20 mm. A focal ill-defined mass in an anterior fundal/corporeal location measuring 70 x 65 x 60 mm, eliciting an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, iso to low signal on T2 containing areas of high signal, compressing the endometrial cavity which is displaced posterolaterally.
