Non-visualization of the uterus and upper part of vagina.
Case Discussion
Early developmental failure of the müllerian ducts results in agenesis or hypoplasia of the proximal two-thirds of the vagina, cervix, and uterus. This anomaly represents the most extreme form of müllerian ducts anomaly and configures the Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome. Clinical presentation is primary amenorrhea.
