Uterine cancer with hematometra

Patient with a history of metrorrhagia during the last time.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Female

CT abdomen and pelvis

Marked increase of uterine volume and thickness of the endometrial wall, with central hypodense fluid , measures 16.5 x9, 5x11, 2 cm in its longitudinal, anteroposterior and transverse diameter respectively, compresses the distal ureters. It have a cystic ovaries with septa. Moderate bilateral  hydronephrosis.
