Uterine cervical mass

Case contributed by Dr Maulik S Patel

Vaginal bleeding, discharge for 6 months

Patient Data

Age: 38 years
Gender: Female

There is a hypoechoic, well-defined, solid, mass lesion replacing uterine cervix. Endometrial canal is empty. There are nodes along right iliac vessel. Cervical mass is seen encasing right distal ureter. There is right sided mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter.

Case Discussion

Findings of a uterine cervical mass lesion encasing right lower ureter causing right sided hydroureter and hydronephrosis. There is associated right iliac lymphadenopathy.

This appears to be a malignant neoplastic mass lesion of cervix. However, histopathology follow up is not available.
