There is a hypoechoic, well-defined, solid, mass lesion replacing uterine cervix. The endometrial canal is empty. There are nodes along the right iliac vessels. Cervical mass is seen encasing right distal ureter. There is right-sided mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter.
Case Discussion
Findings of a uterine cervical mass lesion encasing right lower ureter causing right-sided hydroureter and hydronephrosis. There is associated right iliac lymphadenopathy.
This appears to be a malignant neoplastic mass lesion of the cervix. However, histopathology follow-up is not available.
