There is a 10 x 14 x 16 cm large, well-defined, intramural/subserosal myoma displacing the endometrial cavity toward the right side and posteriorly.
The lesion demonstrates heterogeneous enhancement with non-enhancing internal areas (cystic degeneration).
No adjacent infiltrative/inflammatory changes. No enlarged pelvic lymph nodes. No free fluid in the pelvis.
