Uterine leiomyomas

The MRI sequences (with vaginal opacification) demonstrates:
- enlarged uterus with two large intramural leiomyomas, measuring 10 x 8.4 x 7.7 cm on the right (Figo 4) and 9.4 x 8.4 x 7.4 cm with endometrial contact (Figo 3).
- numerous small intramural leiomyomas are also noted.
- blood-filled distended uterine cavity and upper vagina.
both ovaries are displaced laterally, containing small follicles with a unilocular cyst on the left (38 mm).
