Uterine lipoleiomyoma

The MRI sequences demonstrate a well-circumscribed ovoid intramural uterine mass. It displays a heterogeneous high signal on both T1WI/T2WI, decreased on T1 fat sat. Hypointense amorphous bands with mild enhancement are noted within the mass
A small (8 mm) intramural leiomyoma is noted anterior to the previously described mass.
Case Discussion
MRI features most likely represent a uterine lipoleiomyoma.
