Large 7*11*16 cm large pre-uterine intraperitoneal collection with an air-fluid level, extending the lower abdominal cavity
Enlarged uterus with mixed air and fluid-filled collection within the uterine cavity in continuity with the pre-uterine and lower abdominal collection through a defect of the anterior lower uterine wall at the incision site.
Case Discussion
CT features are in keeping with a large pre-uterine intraperitoneal air-fluid collection complicating dehiscence of the lower segment cesarean section incision.
