Presentation

Primary infertility for 4 years.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingogram frontal images demonstrate two separate endocervical canals, each leading to distinct endometrial cavity.

Each opacified endometrial cavity is ending with solitary patent fallopian tubes.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent with uterus didelphys.
