Pelvic pain, plaining for pregnancy.

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
mri

Two widely separated uterine horns, two separated cervices, with preserved normal uterine zonal anatomy for each horn.

Both ovaries are unremarkable.

Case Discussion

Complete duplication of uterine horns and cervix, no clear communication between them, suggestive uterus didelphys.
