Uterus didelphys

Two separate uteri with widely divergent apices, two separate cervices are seen in keeping with uterus didelphys. Normal uterine zonal anatomy is preserved.
Case Discussion
Uterus didelphys is a Müllerian duct anomaly with a complete duplication of uterine horns and cervix with no communication between them. Uterus didelphys may associated with renal agenesis and vaginal septum.
