Two separate uterine cavities with widely divergent apices and two separate cervices is noted.
Case Discussion
Uterus didelphys is a class III type of Müllerian duct anomaly, in which there is a complete duplication of uterine cavities and duplication of the cervix, with no communication between them and large a fundal cleft.
