Presentation

Subfertility.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingography (HSG)

Fluoroscopy

Three hysterosalpingography examinations, each is 2 years apart from the previous examination.

Complete duplication of the uterine cavity with two separate endocervical canals. Cannulation of each cervical canal is obvious on the second examination.

Patent both fallopian tubes with complete spill.

Case Discussion

The patient got pregnant after each of the two previous hysterosalpingography examinations. She had given birth twice and one abortion, seeking another pregnancy. She hasn't used any contraception method. The patient hasn't done MRI or hysteroscopy. The hysterosalpingography appearance is suggestive of uterus didelphys.
