NG tube tip over stomach.
UVC tip curled into the right portal vein.
Granular change in the chest consistent with RDS. Non-specific bowel gas pattern.
Case Discussion
This is another example of where the umbilical venous catheters can end up. This one has taken a turn before the ductus venosus and entered the right portal vein. The line will need to be removed.
