Case Discussion

The patient has had multiple malformations since birth: single umbilical artery, imperforate anus, bilateral radial agenesis, interventricular communication (ostium secundum type), spinal malformation and congenital clubfoot, findings compatible with VACTERL association. He underwent a colostomy due to an imperforate anus in the first days of life, but began to have recurrent urinary tract infections – suspected of having abnormalities of the urinary tract; a colovesical fistula was found in the contrast study.
