Presentation

Chronic ankle ulcer.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Extensive subcutaneous changes with vaccum assisted therapy ( closure  - V.A.C) device over medioposterior aspect of the ankle.

No evidence of osseous involvement.

Vaccum - assisted closure device. 

Foam dressing over right medial ankle with drains.

VAC pump.
