 The radiolucent semilunar shadows which are seen in carpus of 1 Y/O patient as an incidental findings.

Case Discussion

The radiolucent semilunar shadows that are characteristic of vacuum phenomenon, which is gas (principally nitrogen), presumably originating from the surrounding tissues due to mild traction for positioning.
