Corresponding to the neck lump, a highly vascular heterogeneous ovoid mass is demonstrated.

There is well define oval-shaped avidly enhancing mass in the right side of the cervical region displacing the carotid vessels (anteromedially) and the internal jugular vein (posterolaterally).
Evidence of right vocal cord paralysis manifested as vocal cord deviation with prominent ventricle and thickened aryepiglottic fold.
Case Discussion
Painless, gradually increased cervical mass is the main complaint of this patient, further imaging reveals this typical finding of a vagal paraganglioma (previously known as glomus vagale tumours).
