Vaginal cancer

PV bleeding in a 75 year patient. Previous hysterectomy for benign disease.

Patient Data

Age: 75
Gender: Female

Axial and sagittal T2WI demonstrate an intermediate signal intensity mass arising from the left vaginal fornix. The mass is hypo intense on axial T1WI. Hysterectomy noted (performed in the past for benign disease)

Case Discussion

Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma arising from the vagina.
