- Marked dilatation of both pelvi-calyceal collecting system and ureters down to their distal ends with no obstructive dense stones within.
- Atrophic renal parenchyma on both sides with no dense stones or masses.
- Evidence of vaginal prolapse involving uterine cervix, trigone of urinary bladder and lower end both ureters appear stretched, attenuated and protruding inferiorly.
- Innumerable variable sized calcified lymphadenopathy are seen at the para-aortic, aorto-caval, para-caval and mesenteric groups.
Case Discussion
Vaginal prolapse with downward descent of trigone of the urinary bladder and lower ends of both ureters associated with advanced obstructive uropathy.
Variable sized multi-regional calcified lymphadenopathy likely related to granulomatous lymphadenitis.
