A CT obtained on a separate occasion again shows a ring pessary "en face" in the coronal plane within the vagina.
Case Discussion
There are numerous different types of vaginal pessaries in use. They are one of the conservative approaches used in the management of anterior (cystocoele) or posterior (rectocoele) vaginal wall prolapses.
