Presentation

Vanishing twin in a twin pregnancy at 31 weeks gestation. This is a follow up ultrasound image.

Patient Data

Gender: Female

The skull is resorbed and the residual skullbase is visible with the spinal cord. The appearance of this fetus is unchanged since 22 weeks gestation. The second fetus is normal.
