The lungs are clear. The heart is normal in size. The mediastinum is within normal limits. There is an electronic device that overlies the heart.
Case Discussion
Patients must be adequately prepared before an x-ray examination and this includes removal of artefacts and clothing. This patient’s shirt hid the electronic cigarette.
