Tram track vascular calcification involving the aorta and its branches, iliacs, mesenteric, celiac and renal arteries.

The patient is on peritoneal dialysis for chronic renal failure

Case Discussion

Chronic renal failure can cause metastatic hypercalcemia and hence vascular calcification.
