Case Discussion

Vasitis is a rare inflammatory disorder of the vas deferens. It may be isolated or associated with orchitis, epididymitis, seminal vesiculitis and prostatitis. Vasitis can happen through a retrograde infection as orchitis and epididymitis. On ultrasound, it’s easily identified with thickened vas deferens and increased echogenity of adjacent fat tissue in the spematic cord.
