Presentation

Painless swelling in middle finger

Patient Data

Age: 17 years
Gender: Female
mri

Lobulated, multiseptated cystic lesion around proximal phalanx predominantly in subcutaneous planes, extending underneath flexor tendons with no evidence of bony erosions. Lesion is extending superiorly along middle  phalanx.
