The injected contrast spills freely out from the ends of the fallopian tubes. No filling defects.
Venous intravasation is noted.

Venous intravasation during hysterosalpingogram occurs due to increased intrauterine pressure during injection or secondary to tubal block. It is seen as opacification of myometrial vessels.
