Presentation

Lymphoma on treatment. Occipital headache with neck stiffness, for a few days, gradually getting worse. ITP, platelet count 4 when it started. Rule out bleed.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Moderate sized acute infarct in the right temporoparietal region with hemorrhagic transformation.

Dense right sigmoid and transverse sinus consistent with thrombus.

Case Discussion

This patient had a predisposition to dural sinus thrombosis.
