Evidence of bilateral pulmonary emboli as well-defined intraluminal hypodense filling defects involving bilateral main pulmonary arteries, segmental & subsegmental pulmonary branches in a descending manner.
Marked compression of the left brachiocephalic vein against the sternum anteriorly by the aortic arch with subsequent marked luminal narrowing, multiple collaterals and dilated left jugular vein.
