Presentation
Case A: 18 year-old gravid female at 19 weeks as per dating ultrasound. Large VSD. Case B: 19 year-old gravid female at 18 weeks and 6 days as per the ultrasound done for Nuchal translucency. Screening for congenital abnormalities unremarkable. NT = 1.8 mm. Small VSD.

Case Discussion
Two case studies of isolated ventricular septal defects within the membranous portion of the septum. One large defect and one small.
