Selected images from an MRI demonstrate a peripherally (ring) enhancing lesion in the vermis of the cerebellum, with surrounding vasogenic edema. The center of the lesion demonstrates prominent restricted diffusion.
Case Discussion
This patient was taken to theater and the abscess drained. He made an uneventful recover.
