Vermian metastasis from renal cell carcinoma

Gender: Male

An irregular hyperdense lesion in the vermis of the cerebellum consistent with a hemorrhagic metastasis.

A focal lesion is seen in vermis with peripheral enhancement, and hypointense signal on T2 and gradient sequences reflecting hemorrhagic nature,  with compression of 4th ventricle in keeping of hemorrhagic cerebellar vermian metastasis.

Left renal upper pole hypo-enhancing lesion on post-contrast renal excretory phase, suggestive of renal cell carcinoma.

Enlarged left adrenal gland with a hypo-enhancing lesion on renal excretory phase, suggestive of adrenal metastasis.
