Presentation
Progressive dysphagia and decreased appetite for two months.
Patient Data
Solid mass lesion axial width up to 35 x 22 mm and height up to 33 mm in the postcricoid and upper to the middle segment of the cervical esophagus are seen. No obvious evidence of suspicious lymph nodes is seen. calcified plaques on both sides of carotid bulbs are seen. Scoliosis and DJD change in the spine is seen. No obvious solid organ metastasis is seen.
Pathology report: verrucous type squamous cell carcinoma of the cervical esophagus without invasion.

The case illustrates the non-contrast and contrast enhanced MDCT features of postcricoid verrucous carcinoma of the esophagus.
