Presentation

Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

No focal consolidation. Pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contour is normal. L1 vertebral plana and subsequent thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis. T8 and T11 end plate fractures.
