Left sided scoliosis of cervico-dorsal curve. Collapsed T3 vertebra with small para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels, measures 10 mm in maximum thickness.

Collapsed T3 vertebra with minimal retropulsion indenting subarachnoid CSF space. Enhancing para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels. Incidental note of scoliosis of vertebral column (not shown here).
Case Discussion
Vertebra plana represents a uniform loss of height of the affected vertebra. In children, it has differential diagnoses which include:
Langerhans cell histiocytosis: most common cause
