Left sided scoliosis of cervico-dorsal curve. Collapsed T3 vertebrae with small para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels, measures 10 mm in maximum thickness.

Sagittal T2

Collapsed T3 vertebrae with minimal retropulsion indenting subarachnoid CSF space. Enhancing para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels. Incidental note of scoliosis of vertebral column (not shown here).
Case Discussion
Vertebra plana represents uniform loss of height of the affected vertebra. In children, it hasd differential diagnoses include:
- Langerhans cell histiocytosis: most common cause
- osteogenesis imperfecta
- lymphoma
- leukemia
