Presentation

Upper dorsal pain for six months.

Age: 10 years

Left sided scoliosis of cervico-dorsal curve. Collapsed T3 vertebra with small para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels, measures 10 mm in maximum thickness.

Collapsed T3 vertebra with minimal retropulsion indenting subarachnoid CSF space. Enhancing para-spinal soft tissue thickening at T2, T3 and T4 vertebral levels. Incidental note of scoliosis of vertebral column (not shown here).
