The V2 segment of the right vertebral artery is bifurcated and then coalesced with a thin bony plate in between consistent with vertebral artery fenestration.
Partially calcified atheromatous plaques are seen in both ICAs causing significant stenosis.
Incidental bilateral thyroid lobes variably calcified nodules.
Case Discussion
This is an incidental finding, the main indication of the CTA is the evaluation of the carotid arteries.
