Right vertebral artery shows echogenic lumen with absence of flow suggestive of complete thrombosis of its lumen.
Case Discussion
Right vertebral artery showed complete thrombosis. Rest scanned vessel also revealed small atheromatous plaques without significant luminal narrowing.
