The T11 vertebral body has diffuse edema and central height loss/buckling of the superior endplate central aspect with associated downward bulging of the central T10 disc.
Case Discussion
T11 vertebral compression fracture and resultant loss of vertebral height. In this patient, there is T10 disc Schmorl node herniation into the T11 vertebral body.
