"Polka-dotted" sign on an axial view of the L1 body corresponds with vertebral hemangioma (L1).
Case Discussion
The "polka-dot" sign in the vertebral body (axial view) is characteristic of vertebral hemangiomas. It is usually an incidental finding and with no symptomatic.
