Typical appearance of a vertebral hemangioma, with thickening of the primary vertical weight trabeculae leading to corduroy sign on lateral projection and salt and pepper appearance on axials.

Case Discussion

Vertebral hemangiomas are the most common benign vertebral neoplasm and are usually asymptomatic.
