Presentation

Pedestrian that got hit by a slowly moving car, fell and bumped her head.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Small right parietal scalp hematoma (not shown).

Partial assimilation of the C1 vertebra and the occiput on the left.
The atlantodental interval is 5 mm and the C2 vertebra exhibits an anterior "belly".
C5-C6 block vertebra.

x-ray

Chest X ray normal except for T3 right hemivertebra and left hemivertebra between T4 and T5 with resultant upper thoracic scoliosis.
