Vertebrobasilar artery dolichoectasia

The diffuse irregular expansion of the vertebral arteries (V4) and the basilar artery along its entire length is determined with a thrombosed aneurysm оf V4 on the right at the level of the vertebrobasilar junction. There is probably a mass-effect with deformation of the third ventricle and moderate hydrocephalus on the right.
