Multiple dense sclerotic foci in nearly all of the mid and lower thoracic and lumbar vertebrae in keeping with vertebroplasty cement.
Embolization coils in the right paravertebral space at L2 and projected over the left hilum.
Case Discussion
The density of vertebroplasty cement is denser than sclerotic metastases.
This is an example of extensive vertebroplasty work to the thoracic and lumbar spine.
