Very large lipoma

A large fatty mass is present deep to the trapezius with internal heterogenicity and irregular calcifications centrally.
Case Discussion
This case shows a very large, slow growing lipoma which was histologically confirmed to be benign. The differential, given its complex appearance, is a liposarcoma.
