On filling of the urinary bladder with contrast passive reflux was noted.
On micturating film active reflux in the form of opacification of the whole length of the right ureter with dilatation and tortuosity along with moderate hydronephrosis was noted.
The plain film shows a migrated DJ stent on the right side.
Case Discussion
MCUG features are suggestive of right sided vesicoureteral reflux as described above.
