Full bladder film of micturating/voiding cystourethrogram showing reduced capacity of the urinary bladder. Reflux of the contrast is seen opacifying the entire right ureter, renal pelvis and calyces. The ureter is grossly dilated and tortuous with a dilated pelvicalyceal system and clubbing of calyces: unilateral grade V vesicoureteric reflux.
