Recurrent urinary tract infections.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Voiding cystourethrogram demonstrates trabeculated urinary bladder with reflux into the right kidney, tortuous ureter with severe dilatation of the ureter and pelvicalyceal system, hydronephrosis with loss of fornices, and papillary impressions.

Case Discussion

Right-sided vesicoureteral reflux Grade V without duplex anatomy or posterior urethral valves.
